For faster delivery, we off First Class delivery at £5.00 or Next Working Day at £12.00. 

Even though we fast track orders for "First Class" and "Next Working Day" they need to be received by us by noon to be sure to go out on the same day (please see below). If you are ordering right at the last minute, call 01902 863356.

Email mail@safariquip.co.uk and tell us what you would like to order and your address. Delivery charges are dependent on weight and volume, and some products are restricted. We will calculate the cost of delivery and reply to you. For security, deliveries will only be made to the customers registered card, or PayPal verified, address. Deliveries to other addresses will need special authorisation.

We aim to despatch your order within one working day. Occasionally an item may be out of stock. If your order has been placed using "First Class" or "Next Day Carrier" we will endeavour to contact you immediately for instructions. If you have selected "Standard Delivery" we will only contact you if the delay is likely to extend beyond one week. We do not charge your card for any item until the goods are despatched . The limits of Next Day Delivery  Delivery drivers come early so they can get back to civilisation before dark. Unfortunately it means that orders for Next Day Delivery need to be received by 12.00 noon on a working day to ensure they leave the same day. Working days are Mondays to Fridays except Bank Holidays.

We occasionally get requests such as "Please leave in rubbish bin by garage". Where customer's make special delivery instructions that result in goods being delivered without signature or to an insecure location, the risk for loss of the goods is the customers.
