Unusually in a childrens boot these are built to take the knocks on a rough path, splash through mud, support the ankle and protect the foot. Nikwax is water based so is environmentally friendly, biodegradable, and non flammable. It can be used indoors unlike solvent based sprays and will not soften leather or affect its cosmetic appearance.

Aqueous is sponge-on waterproofing for full-grain leather. It can be applied to new and used foot wear to re-proof. It also maintains support and breathability so is suitable to use on footwear with Gore-Tex linings. It is water based and easy to apply so can be used indoors unlike solvent based sprays. Aqueous is in a neutral colour so will not affect cosmetic appearance of your boots or shoes.
